Aydon Road, Titirangi - Full Re-pile, Re-level, Block Retaining
Introducing the Aydon Road project in Titirangi, where CCS Foundation Specialists worked their magic for their clients. This classic-style home underwent a full re-pile and re-level process, including the installation of 48 H5 timber piles up to 900mm and an additional 8 piles reaching up to 2000mm. The project also involved the construction of a new block wall standing at 2m, followed by the creation of a brand-new driveway.
With a focus on foundation repairs, renovations and residential retaining, CCS delivered exceptional results for the Atkinson family.
