Status: Completed in June 2023
Project Background: Bader Ventura is part of the ambitious Mangere Development project, which aims to introduce around 10,000 new homes to the area over the next 15-20 years. It represents a significant milestone as the first Passive House development for Kāinga Ora and Australasia's inaugural Passive House public houses funded by the central government. This development sets a new performance standard for Kāinga Ora, demonstrating unparalleled sustainability and energy efficiency.
