The long floorplates are broken by the courtyard garden and pool deck that forms the outdoor focal point while the internal green wall forms a magnificent backdrop to the kitchen-dining area. Exterior finishes palette with slate shingles, terracotta tiles and earthy clay render is a deliberate attempt to blend with the street character.
