Introducing our latest project in the picturesque Raglan, where sustainable living meets exquisite design! Nestled in the heart of the new Ragitahi development, our client's stunning abode overlooks the serene estuary, offering a tranquil escape into nature.
This sustainable kitchen project is a testament to our commitment to eco-friendly living. Our client's home is a fusion of Japandi aesthetics with an industrial touch, creating a moody, minimalistic interior that flows seamlessly from room to room.
Crafted from sustainably grown bamboo, the kitchen is a combination of beautiful design and practical functionality. Timber connections are thoughtfully integrated into the design, creating a visual narrative that ties the entire kitchen together.
A 6-meter-long stainless steel benchtop boldly stretches across open-framed cabinets, showcasing a perfect blend of functionality and style. The range hood, also crafted from stainless steel, harmoniously connects with the benchtop, creating a cohesive and elegant look.
The kitchen is not just a culinary space; it's a meeting point, a hub of creativity and conversation. The long breakfast bar, constructed with open frames and adorned with a beautiful stone top, stands as the focal point where our clients gather for snacks, crafts, and meaningful conversations. It's an embodiment of lightness and transparency, symbolising the central role it plays in this home.
The Bamboo concept extends beyond the kitchen, seamlessly weaving through the office, dining nook, and living room. Bamboo takes centre stage in window seats and staircases, connecting the various levels of the home with a cohesive design thread.
The bathrooms embody minimalistic elegance. The kids' bathroom showcases a multi-drawer vanity with a white stone top and an undercounted porcelain basin. The parents' vanity takes a unique turn with cork fronts, harmonising with a white stone top for a touch of sophistication.
In every corner of this Raglan residence, sustainable living and breathtaking design converge, creating a home that is not just a living space but a celebration of mindful living.
This stunning home was architecturally designed by Red Architecture. We had the privilege of putting our touch on the interior and kitchen details, working hand-in-hand with our awesome client to bring their vision to life.
This ensuite bathroom has a calm and quiet atmosphere with its fully green-tiled walls.
The vanity is a simple yet elegant design with a white stone top and under-mounted ceramic basin. Two drawers offer storage and help keep the benchtop clear and clean.
The vanity is constructed using birch plywood and cork. The cork fronts of the vanity add warmth and texture to the minimalistic elegance of this bathroom.
Colour For The Kids

The stone top is easy to clean and has an under-mounted ceramic sink, which is perfect for our client's kids' busy life.
