This project is so much more than just a bathroom refresh. With failed waterproofing in an apartment bathroom, and moisture damaged framing to fire-rated walls, there were significant challenges to navigate throughout this project.
Many practical and technical compliance challenges in both design and construction were overcome and resolved to achieve an excellent outcome, with a bright and fresh new space.
