A grand classic American estate-inspired residence in Bendemeer, Queenstown, showcasing master craftsmanship and comprehensive project management from inception to completion, including interior design by Jewell Cassells and architecture by Mason & Wales.

Inspired by grand classic American estate homes, this stunning home features a high level of master craftsmanship with its detailed wall panelling, corniced ceilings, winding staircase and the largest joinery component our construction team have encountered to date.

Built for internationally-based owners, we were entrusted to manage the entire project, from inception to completion, including the installation of furniture and fittings, and we are proud of our team receiving a 100% satisfaction response from our clients.

Early involvement at the beginning stages of the design process by our management team ensured the efficient structural design was incorporated, resulting in construction efficiencies and cost benefits which we passed onto our clients.

Professional Reviews

1 / 10

“I engaged Trinity to review potential sites with me through to consultant engagement, project builders and currently construction. Their local knowledge, contacts and resources have meant that the project has flowed with the minimum of fuss. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Trinity and can recommend them to anyone considering building in Queenstown.”
