5000m New Build temperature controlled distribution centre comprising slab on grade, structural steel, sheet metal roofing and cladding, insulation panel interior cool stores and chillers, and a 500m2 two storey office.
Constructed during the wettest winter season on record in the Waikato we were able to sequence works in a manner that mitigated any significant delay.
Q Commercial Construction QA procedure identified anomalies with the installation of a specific element and were proactive in their response with respect to rectification.
