A high-spec home by Kerry Mason, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, dark wood floors, and stylish grey concrete walls, all set within beautifully manicured gardens for a tranquil living experience.
This Speargrass Flats home was designed by Kerry Mason, who also designed Amisfield Winery in Queenstown. This high spec house sits perfectly within its manicured gardens, creating a tranquil and relaxing environment.
The property makes the most of surrounding scenery with full floor to ceiling windows, which in the hallway provides a great space for exhibiting artworks.
In the open plan living area there is a great combination of dark wood floors matched with grey concrete wall features. It also has stylish white exposed ceiling beams, which are visually interesting while keeping the feel light.
