This stunning Bay of Islands showhome is located in Rangitane River Park in Kerikeri – only minutes from the boat ramps and town centre.

The Navigation Home home, is a functional designed home for a growing family and entertaining friends and extended family, with an indoor and outdoor flow for those summer BBQ’s.

The designer entrance is made up of large concrete steppers enclosed with pebble, block planting along drive edge is using Star jasmine, Olive trees and Kentia Palms with the slope planting natives.

An outdoor pebble patio area is great for the wine and dining which catches the evening sun.
