A sophisticated renovation of a coastal property in Takapuna, showcasing modern design through meticulous cabinetry, premium finishes, and seamless collaboration with the building team to create an elegant and cohesive living space.
The Brett Avenue Project, a large-scale renovation endeavour situated on a picturesque coastal property in Takapuna, stands as a testament to the meticulous workmanship and design expertise of CV Interiors. Overseen by a client venturing overseas, our team spearheaded the project, imbuing every aspect with a touch of elegance and sophistication.
From the intricate cabinetry design to the selection of premium finishes, flooring, and lighting, every detail was meticulously curated to harmonise with the Modern architectural style of the building. Our involvement extended beyond mere design, encompassing seamless communication with the building team and architect, ensuring a cohesive and efficient workflow throughout the entire process. With a focus on full procurement, we orchestrated the selection of window treatments, bespoke furniture, rugs, and soft furnishings to bring a sense of unmatched opulence to every corner of the space.
