With a long family history in the area, and many family holidays spent at the beach, our clients decided it was time to give their old beach-house a new lease on life, whilst retaining the bones of this much-loved family retreat.
The project involved extensive demolition and restructuring to accommodate the new roofline, and increased footprint.
Most of the building required recladding and new joinery. The interior layout was completely redesigned to suit our client’s lifestyle and embrace the coastal setting.
