This set of flats was in very poor condition before Artisan converted them into a well appointed inner city home. The architect cleverly achieved some additional living spaces by lowering the ceiling height of the mid floor area to gain more space in the roof cavity. This new space was then transformed into bedroom suites with city views. Some years later and the next owner asked us to further develop the property to suit their own family needs and decor.
