The Vision for BuzzTech's new cellphone kiosk stall inside a shopping mall was to create a modern and inviting retail interior that encourages positive customer behaviour. To achieve this, we utilized principles of behaviour design throughout the layout and design of the space.
The open and transparent layout promotes ease of navigation and clear signage, creating a sense of security and trust for customers. Our design effectively reflects BuzzTech's expertise in mobile phone and device repair, creating a space that is both welcoming and professional.

Our studio specializes in design for behaviour.
We have done so for almost 30 years and in this time we have learned a tremendous amount about how people behave naturally and instinctively within these social environments. We have learned the hard way that in order to design successful venues, we needed to place predictive human behaviour at the heart of what we do.
