A permanent residence for a family of four with 2 living areas, 2 guest bedrooms, gym, and two car garaging. The design needed to achieve a zero carbon footprint and integrate visually into the landscape.

Planning controls in this area require buildings to have less than minor visual impact on the landscape from surrounding open space. Example controls: 4.5 metre height limit, a pre-determined building platform, recessive colours and textures, limited earthworks and minimal vegetation disturbance.
