CAE/Merlot Aero approached Team McGreals to undertake the activation of their newly refurbished ground floor office space, in the hopes of designing a clean and bright space with modern yet modest choice of office furniture and finishes. CAE / Merlot Aero opted for an elegant fit out which took advantage of clean lines an vibrant blue tones.

The CAE / Merlot Aero office fit out consisted of a mix of customized and standard pieces for various spaces to create a functional modern office with focus areas. Spaces included electric sit-stand hot desking, utilizing our Balance shared pod office desks, Summit II electric height adjustable double sided desk pods, and incorporating System 25 screens and Buzz slide on side screens to offer some privacy with some sound dampening properties. With built in cable management the Balance and Summit II office desk systems help keep the space clear of visually messy cables, and allow quick and safe access to power and data points, which is a must in a modern flexible work environment! Also looking to provide plenty of storage, 1800mm long Cubit Credenzas were used to allow for personal storage to each pod.

Throughout remaining spaces we have looked to incorporate plenty of soft seating and work surfaces for multipurpose use, with Motion Otto Ottomans on castors, Seattle and Romano sofas, Java Mesh Chairs and Skala Low Stools, alongside our Classic and Oslo Meeting tables to be used for team collaborations, informal meetings, or just for a spot of lunch!

The mix of light and dark blues and tasteful feature pots and planters brought additional light and colour into the space, while tastefully integrating the companies colour palette, creating a light and bright office environment with high functionality and room for future growth.
