It was recently awarded a Gold Award in the Builder's Own Home category at the Master Builder's House of the Year competition and was the Category winner.
The high score it achieved meant The Lakes Building Co was a Gold Reserve Finalist, and earned a place in the National Awards Gala in Auckland. High accolades for this beautiful family home and testament to the hard work which Stu put in to build this outstanding property.
