Casa Moderno

Inspired by Oprah Winfrey's Miami home and a photograph of a spiral staircase, no stone has been left unturned in realising the potential of this property; to the level where we carefully templated each panel of the stairs in plywood to be sent to Italy for stone cutters to vein match the marble so the look is seamless all the way up. Additional Features Featuring a six-car garage, indoor swimming pool, seven bathrooms, four ensuite bedrooms and a number of other rooms that can be transformed to accommodate guests, casa moderno totals over 900m2 on a 3000m2 site. Constructed over two and a half years, every detail needed to be perfect from the start in order to successfully deliver on the plans provided and this home is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team. As featured in Abode magazine. "The owners of this vast, ultra-modern home balanced their high technology approach with respect for the charm of the established site, and the result, produced with precision by Gregg Builders, is spectacular."
