Flokk collaborated with Think Furniture to deliver a complete seating solution for CEPI’s new office, transforming the space into a modern, ergonomic, and collaborative environment.

CEPI, a global organisation, headquartered in Oslo, that finances and coordinates vaccine research for emerging infectious diseases, required an office that would support their dynamic, fast-paced work while prioritising comfort, collaboration, and sustainability and value for money.

The project aimed to create an inviting, versatile workspace that catered to various needs—whether it be focused individual work, collaborative group sessions, or informal discussions.

Flokk provided a total of 115 units across six distinct product lines, incorporating 10 configurations to meet the office’s diverse requirements. HÅG SoFi chairs were placed in the open-plan office areas to support long hours of ergonomic, focused work. HÅG Tion chairs and Profim Ellie Pro seating were integrated into breakout areas and meeting rooms to enhance comfort and foster collaboration. Connection Tryst sofas, placed in the library and open-plan meeting spaces, created relaxed areas for team discussions and informal meetings. For more formal settings, Connection Plenti tables and Profim Noor chairs provided elegant, functional seating arrangements for larger gatherings and presentations.

The sustainable and ergonomic qualities of Flokk’s furniture were essential to the project’s success. CEPI was drawn to Flokk’s long-lasting, high-quality products, which are designed to promote employee well-being while minimising environmental impact. The partnership with Think Furniture allowed for a smooth project execution, with expert support in furniture selection, customisation, and project management. Extended fabric choices and configuration recommendations ensured that the furniture aligned with CEPI’s aesthetic and functional needs, blending seamlessly with the newly refurbished office design.

The final result was a cohesive, dynamic office environment that supported a variety of work styles. Whether for focused, individual tasks or collaborative teamwork, the furniture provided both comfort and functionality, to enhance employee productivity and well-being. The project not only fulfilled CEPI’s immediate needs but also created a sustainable, long-term solution that aligns with their values of quality, durability, and environmental responsibility.
