The office's identity strikes a balance between neutrality and uniqueness, as it accommodates two coexisting companies - Soco & Gnist - within the same space. The architects sought to create a distinctive atmosphere that resonates with the venue's inherent character, characterized by its expansive windows, lofty ceilings, and structural charm. Embracing these architectural features, they curated a colour palette that seamlessly blends modern office aesthetics with a touch of timeless elegance.

Flokk seating played a pivotal role in providing a range of options in the central collaborative and social spaces, significantly contributing to the concept objectives.

Alongside traditional desks for focused work, the office features an array of meeting spaces including solo pods, a three-person meeting room and a larger conference room for up to 16 individuals. The furniture selected in each space helped to bring out the colour palette, but also to portray the room’s unique function.

Designed for more casual interactions, the three-person meeting room features Offecct Shift easy chairs. These low, luxurious chairs promote comfort and intimacy in discussions. Paired with low tables, this environment is designed for more casual or personal meetings, where visual displays or remote participation is not necessary – perfect for meeting clients, or informal conversations.

In the large meeting room, the ergonomic HÅG Celi chairs were chosen for their compact design and comfort, balancing functionality and formality while introducing a touch of colour.

Meanwhile, the social zone, serving as a multifunctional space, was furnished with Offecct Phoenix tables and Profim Noor chairs, emphasizing simplicity and flexibility. This space also needed to be quickly rearranged for professional days, seminars, and social events, making Profim Noor’s stackability and Offecct Phoenix’s lightweight design advantageous.

One of the challenges faced during the project was the extended delivery times due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, the furniture did not arrive by the designated move-in date. However, Flokk were able to respond swiftly by providing loan furniture. This proactive approach, though uncommon, proved to be a pleasant surprise and a testament to the trust established in Flokk through the positive overall experience.
