Set in an urban woodland clearing, this home was in dire need of a kitchen renovation. Tall cabinetry and a narrow kitchen entrance impeded family communication and prevented visual and physical access to the patio and natural environment beyond.
The previous kitchen was removed and replaced with sophisticated clear oak cabinets and benchtops of honed granite and stainless steel to suit the mid-century vibe of the home and its furnishings. Family and friends can now enjoy sunshine, the light summer breeze, and uninterrupted views from the inter-connected kitchen and living spaces. Flow between the kitchen and nearby gardens, personal beehive and enchanting outdoor patio is now easy.
