Nineteen luxury hotel/residential units built at Clearwater Christchurch. All basement retaining and intertenancy walls were built using Nudura 200mm concrete core block. Providing fire, acoustic and thermal requirements . All basement walls were waterproofed using Nudura ICF specific peel and stick membrane.
