A custom clock tower fabricated by SRS Group has created a unique central feature for the Karaka Shopping Centre in South Auckland. The framing and legs were constructed from mild steel with a corten fascia. A hatch was then fabricated underneath the clock tower so it could be maintained over time. The clocktower stands at seven metres tall and weighs over two tonnes.
