Judges citation:
"A shed for living in, this small house is a thoughtful and responsive design solution to challenging site and a modest budget. The rectangular plan form accommodates a central services core and creates a platform from which to ‘consume’ a view of the township and the wider landscape. Proof indeed that good design is not necessarily synonymous with costly construction."
