Completed in August 2019, the Coleridge Duplex Villas at Lauriston Park Retirement Village in Cambridge gives residents the ability to live independently in a stylish, modern and secure location.

Functional with a feeling of spaciousness the project comprised three separate buildings. With four units in each, two at ground floor and two at a first floor level, the low maintenance, high quality design totals 12 apartments. Innovative use of a sloping site previously thought to be unusable was key in the creative of this ingenious development.
