By Solarcraft
This client was determined to radically reduce their carbon emissions and did just that by installing 449 solar panels on one of their working warehouses on the North Shore in Auckland.
Solarcraft planned this installation extensively with the Allproof team beforehand, then executed the installation over four and a half-weeks.
This system not only powers up this busy manufacturers production of market-leading plumbing and drainage products, they also plug in and charge up the company’s electric vehicles. Off-setting vehicle emissions too. Their EV’s now being ‘run by the sun’.
Grand total? 50 tonnes of Co2 p/a have been prevented from entering the earth’s atmosphere… not to mention the future saving on their ever-expanding power rates.
With enough clean energy to power approximately 34 average NZ homes, it provides 50% clean solar energy on site with up to 1000kWh daily peak power output!
Well done Allproof! for walking the talk when it comes to sustainable energy!
