Community Design - JOHN MANA WAY banner

Greenbridge was the design lead for John Mana Way, which is New Plymouth's first pocket neighbourhood. Working with Pepper Construction, who were both the client and developer for the project, we developed a shared central space developed around the original planned right of way, designed the four back homes, the shared landscapes and the individual lot designs.

This project is a great example of what can be achieved even under less than ideal circumstances, to create a community supportive environment within a traditional individual legal title ownership model.
