Award-winning high-performance eco home featuring advanced insulation and energy-efficient materials, targeting Homestar 8 certification.
This high-performance, eco home achieved a Regional Silver Award in the 2022 Registered Master Builders House of the Year Awards. We also used the Homestar rating system and are on track to achieve a Homestar 8. The performance of this home was modelled prior to construction, is built using Formance SIPs panels, Pro Clima smart membranes and German made high-performance windows, meaning a super airtight thermal envelope, insulation values well above code and superior energy efficiency compared with a standard home built to code.
