This three-townhouse development is located at a corner site in Sunshine North. The site is opposite Dempster Park and just walking distance to Northumberland Village, Football & Tennis Clubs and Sunshine CBD hampshire Road.
The townhouses have been designed in a way capturing the contemporary architectural elements by using brick, vertical patterned wall cladding and metal screens but still blend into the surrounding neighbourhood.
The townhouses enjoy best orientation and overlooking the park. The oversized windows and easy accessible balconies provide best livable space in the area.
