Designing a show home can sometimes be more of a challenge than working with a homeowner client who knows what they want. You have to balance trying to create something that will appear to a multitude of customers, be reflective of what is currently on-trend, but also have timeless qualities.
This home by Design Builders Waikato hits the mark, perfectly. The black and white palette provides a neutral but classy backdrop. The natural timber floors, decks and cedar accents in the ceiling and walls bring warmth, aesthetic intrigue and low maintenance – peace of mind.
The perfection and attention to detail on this project was well rewarded with a residential category win at the 2018 WANZ awards!
