This low-rise, city-fringe commercial development enabled the developer to maximise returns through a mixed-use strategy.

The project saw Maxim Build deliver a mixed-use retail and residential development over a two year period. The quality of the build, along with its central location, has seen the development attract long-standing retail tenants, including one of Auckland’s most awarded French bakeries.

Details

Situated on busy Dominion Road, the low-rise building has five retail shops on its ground floor and five apartments on level one. Each apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and, at the back of the development, a 30 space carpark and rear entry stairs to the apartments are provided.
