Introducing our latest project, Dominion Road, completed in 2022. Consisting of 14 3-level terraced houses spanning 2500m2, this development showcases our expertise as a main contractor specialising in carpentry and concrete packages.

One of the key elements of this project is the structural design, featuring a rib raft slab, block walls at ground level, and timber framing with fibre cement cladding on levels 1 & 2.

Despite challenges such as material shortages during lockdown, we successfully preordered supplies to ensure the project stayed on schedule and within budget.

Additionally, our close collaboration with both the client and subcontractors resulted in high-quality finishes meeting the client's specifications for a high-spec interior fitout.
