Dress Circle 

Our Dress Circle Project initially began as a minor renovation to update and personalise the home to the client's style. However, upon arriving on-site for our consultation, our team at LPC Projects quickly discovered that the clients' recently purchased dream "forever home" was unfortunately termite-ridden. This discovery quickly turned this project into a complete restoration and renovation.

We realised that the termite damage was extensive, and the entire home required foundation reinstatement. False walls were discovered throughout the home, hiding the extent of the damage within the structural walls, which required immediate attention. The termites had also spread through the roof structures of the home, necessitating a complete re-roofing. Our team worked diligently to restore the foundation, repair the walls, and replace the damaged roof structures to ensure the safety and longevity of the home.

Internally, we rectified and transformed the home into a beautiful and, most importantly, safe space for our clients. We implemented new designs and materials to update the aesthetics of the home while ensuring its safety and structural integrity.

Externally, LPC Projects undertook the cladding of the home and restored the front yard to suit the aesthetic of the street. We wanted the home to stand out as a beautiful addition to the street, while still fitting in with the surrounding homes.
