Eglington

Our ability to create fresh spaces is matched by our capacity to entirely refresh existing properties. At Eglington Street the project involved both these aspects.  A classically attractive period property was totally renovated and re-invented behind its traditional façade while on the original home’s former garden we constructed two new residences defined by their own distinct identity. The high ceilings and hardwood floors of the site’s original Californian Bungalow style home were retained as we completed a comprehensive renovation. On the adjacent block, new residences reflect the skill and success with which we introduced contemporary concepts that complement rather than clash with the pre-existing streetscape.
