Elgin Envy – Berwick

Drake Design embraces all projects big and small, and with this home renovation design within Melbourne’s South East, Elgin Envy is a perfect example of timeless renovation design. Situated in a quiet Berwick, northside street, this extensive renovation designed by the Drake Design team has transformed a tired 1980’s house into a grand, luxurious light-filled, spacious home. Upon entering Elgin Envy, you are initially hit with the realisation that you have entered somewhere grand, with a two-and-a-half-storey entry void allowing the space to become a spectacular feature. Elgin Envy sits proudly amongst the neighbouring luxury homes, incorporating a natural, clean and modern material palette, with lightweight cladding and natural colours, embracing the tone of the surrounding environment. The minimalist façade and exterior finishes are a perfect marriage of design and attention to detail, with the imposing front entry and façade, although simple and understated, still says that you’re about to enter somewhere truly special. The end result? A breathtaking family home. Come have a chat about how Drake Design can assist with your architecturally designed custom home today. Contact us now!
