Chelsea Hing’s beautiful example of a classic double fronted Victorian terrace brought to life with the injection of old & new world furniture, lighting, art & accessories. 

In the formal sitting room and dining room Chelsea uses the Overlap, a contemporary pendant lamp by Michael Anastassiades. A tribute to the distinct cocoon wrapping technique that the Italian designer lighting company has won several hearts and awards with. This contemporary pendant light is made from steel and cocoon, while its internal structure comprises of white powder-painted steel. As the name suggests, Overlap is a modern pendant lamp by Michal Anastassiades for FLOS that features two interlocking rings which intersect at right angles. 

In the entry the design incorporates the Taraxacum 88 pendant and a Snoopy table lamp. Designed by master Achille Castiglioni the Taraxacum 88 decorative hanging light fixture features 20 pressed and polished aluminum equilateral triangles fitted with electrical sockets. The sockets are filled with 60 clear 25-watt globe lamps, invoking the bloom of a dandelion. The suspension fixture provides direct and reflected incandescent light. Available in two sizes. 

The playful personas of the Castiglioni brothers are evident in their marble Snoopy design, named for the beloved cartoon character and featuring a distinctive, light-hearted shape. The original debuted in 1967, and this version was reintroduced in 2003 with updated technology. The Snoopy modern desk lamp provides direct light through a thick glass disk and an enameled reflector, both resting in perfect balance on a white marble base. 

Sleek and graceful, sitting behind the B&B Italia Up 50 Armchair sits the Captain Flint floor lamp in the informal living area. Designed in 2015 by Michael Anastassiades, this dual purpose floor lamp converts either to a reading or ambiance light. 

The TV room, Chelsea uses the Noctambule floor lamp, a striking design by Konstantin Grcic for FLOS, which comes alive with the flip of a switch. Made up of hand-blown glass cylinders, the transparent fixture is almost invisible to behold when unlit. Named after the French word for “night owl”, it appears to lie dormant until it magically illuminates, thanks to the hidden LED technology tucked into its design. Available in a range of floor and suspension versions. 

Suspended from the ceiling and designed by Michael Anastassiades, Arrangements is a modular system of geometric light elements that can be combined in different ways, creating multiple compositions into individual chandeliers. Each unit simply attaches onto the previous one as if resting, balancing perfectly as a part of a glowing chain. 

Sitting perfectly on the Etra ‘Scrigno’ cabinet is the IC Light T2, part of the IC Family, a table lamp in which the hand crafted globe diffuser sits on a minimalistic frame. Available in 4 finishes: Black, Brass, Chrome and New Red Burgundy.

In the master bedroom the 2013 Phillippe Starck creation: Biblioteque Nationale serves as a strikingly modern bookshelf and offers a convenient portable device charger.
