Months of research, undertaken before a single line was drawn, took our design team into the bowels of the Mitchell Library in Sydney and collections belonging to The HistoricHouses Trust. After all, we had been asked to create a quintessential homestead with the highest standards of luxury.
We then master planned the resort from scratch, prior to the appointment of the architect.
The team planned the 46 villas and the main homestead building and then worked with the civil engineers to ensure the building placements were in harmony with the sites unique topography.
The result was one of the most-awarded and renowned boutique hotels in the world, and a very satisfying moment for the CHADA team.
Over four decades, CHADA has become the number one interior architecture practice specialising in the hotel and leisure industries in Australia and the Pacific Rim.
Our projects range from hotels and resorts to casinos, country and golf clubs and spas, as well as premium residential projects, corporate offices & aged care facilities. We know that we can’t afford to rest on our laurels. Our reputation was hard won and we will continue to prove that we are worthy of it, every day, with every client and on every new project.
