RFC Homes is a family run construction company based in Waikanae on the Kapiti Coast.

Owner, Project Manager and Licensed Builder, Ryan Freer, has been building for more than 25 years, including fifteen years in the Greater Wellington Region. Ryan is a Certified Builder, and a Registered Master Builder, so all our work comes with a 10 Year Guarantee.

We only use trusted, quality products, suppliers, and sub-contractors, through outstanding relationships we have developed during our time building on the Coast.
