Comprehensive fascia replacement involving the removal of damaged timber, treatment with frame saver, and installation of new H3.1 treated timber and fascia, expertly executed by Kahu Building & Maintenance.
This was a scary moment… I pulled this fascia off and was greeted with an absolute nightmare. Bora had completely destroyed the backing timber for the fascia.
Did a complete removal of the damaged timber, luckily the bora didn’t make it to the sprockets so I was able to treat the timber with frame saver to prevent further damage and rot from occurring.
It was then a simple matter of setting in brand new H3.1 treated timber and fascia.
