This design demanded the wow factor of European formality with some Japanese inspiration. It also needed to compliment the Fendalton riverside setting and historical properties in the local area. The brief was to create a refreshing new look for the garden and landscape, that would provide the setting to unite a multi-generational family for fun, entertainment and relaxation.

Formal and informal spaces have been included in this design for the family to entertain in style, as well as relax and unwind from their busy lives. Formal lines and topiary give an elegant timeless look, whereas the scented zones and relaxed potager evoke all the senses and provide a personal and practical connection to the garden.

We provided two separate designs to these clients, showing different options for the pool layout which provided the family with a clear vision to aid in their decision process. A design that is completely tailored to the family’s needs and desires and enhances the newly renovated interiors.
