Flock Hill Lodge
TMCo has completed the building services design including remote plant room housing the mechanical, hydraulic and back up plant away from the lodge.
Modelling was completed to reduce capex in allowing the plant to be sized correctly (mitigating costs of the oversizing plant). Trench heaters, ducted in ground fresh air and spill/exhaust systems, 3D modelled ducted concealed wall fan coil units integrated into joinery.
Complex electrical and lighting systems that are easy to control and are sustainable. Architecturally sympathetic systems (exposed roof beams unaffected by services) with lighting design to enhance the architectural experience. Instant hot water provided by a comprehensive ring main.
