Full Renovation for a Character Home
This 1960s property is situated in the heart of Ngaio, a Wellington suburb known for its character homes. Before it's renovation, the property’s original charm had worn away with the years – but there was still opportunity for the unique qualities to be revitalised.
Though a smaller component of the renovation, the jaw-dropping custom bathroom is the clear star of the show; it features deep blue hexagonal tiling, yellow grout, and brass gold fixtures for a breathtaking combination.
Other notable improvements include the kitchen’s transformation into a brighter, more spacious room and other modern upgrades made throughout the property, including new plumbing, insulation, flooring, and wall paint with a fresh colour scheme.
