“We moved here to Pavilions Close several months ago and I had some minor issues with our tilt-a-door. My initial contact with your company was with Adam Silk – who was extremely helpful in directing me to a resource to replace some aluminium caps. I was impressed with his follow up and friendly manner. My garage door failed to open early yesterday morning and Adam arranged for Sean, one of your service technicians to come out. He has a great demeanour and quickly identified the problem and replaced a failed part in our Merlin Cyclone Pro. The garage door is operating far quieter and better. Sean was very thorough in checking the whole door mechanism and made some minor adjustments to ensure that the door was running smoothly. I also met Adam today and the whole “customer experience” is noteworthy and is the “gold standard”. Sean and Adam are great ambassadors for your company.”
