Gloucester Quarter

The Gloucester Quarter project in Christchurch, completed in 2025, epitomises contemporary urban living through an architecturally striking multi-unit development. This sophisticated residential scheme by South Living features a seamless integration of design and craftsmanship, with a particular emphasis on high-quality frameless glass installations that enhance both aesthetics and functionality. Our team at NZ Frameless Glass meticulously installed a total of 46 luxurious showers, 40 elegant mirrors, and 12 secure balustrades, each tailored to the project's precise specifications.  Complementing these bespoke elements, our sister company, Generation Windows and Doors, supplied high-performance window systems that harmonise with the overall architectural vision. These carefully engineered components not only elevate the visual appeal of the development but also ensure optimal thermal efficiency and durability. From vibrant riverside walks to bustling cafés and the nearby stadium, this project exemplifies modernity and sophistication, and we are proud to have contributed to realising this exceptional example of contemporary urban residential living.
