Wai-iti Terrace is a standout renovation that combines thoughtful architecture, quality craftsmanship and carefully considered finishes throughout. Working alongside Suede and Lemonade, NZ Frameless Glass supplied and installed the frameless glass showers and balustrades for this impressive transformation.

The bathrooms feature frameless glass showers finished with brushed nickel hardware, selected to complement the home's warm, textural palette and timeless aesthetic.

A particular highlight of the project was the installation of the Juralco Stecca aluminium balustrade system. As the first Stecca balustrade installation completed by our team, it provided an exciting opportunity to work with a product that perfectly suited the home's contemporary Mediterranean-inspired design. The system delivers clean architectural lines while maintaining openness and uninterrupted views from the upper-level balcony.

From the fully tiled ensuites through to the family bathrooms and outdoor spaces, each glazing element was designed to integrate seamlessly with the overall vision of the home. The result is a project where every detail contributes to both the functionality and visual appeal of the finished space.
