This trio of contemporary designed new homes, are well positioned on the shore of Lake Pupuke, and are all encompassing of the beach lifestyle New Zealand has on offer.
The industrial exterior of the architecture includes concrete block and black louvres, and contains a modern element of material and a timeless colour scheme.
The Interior, both contemporary in aesthetics and modern in design, was thoughtfully considered. The European Kitchens, bathroom products, tiles and timber flooring, were hand selected to add value and luxury.
The architectural design layout offers 3 bedroom plus study, 2 bathrooms, a generous Master ensuite located on the top floor, with a walk in closet and dressing room.
The future-proofing convenience of a lift is included as an added benefit to comfort living. Each home enjoys private access and is enveloped within an easy-care, native-focused landscape design concept.
