With a prime site bordering onto the pristine Omokoroa golf course, this design was about making the most of that view and opening the house up to it but at the same time having the ability to shut it down, with a covered outdoor courtyard area.
Tucked away at the end of a quiet Cul-de-sac and surrounded by greenspace there is a sense of peace and tranquility, often unattainable in a suburban setting.
Brick clad gable wing is modern country manor feel in a compact shell, while the timber accents with low pitch roof line either side give a real contemporary twist.
Timeless design, solid quality materials, low maintenance brick to the first floor means this house should continue to look impressive throughout its lifetime.
