This project has been recognised as Overall Winner and gathered several Golds in the Registered Mater Landscapers Awards 2018. You can read a feature about the award winning project on Stuff.co.nz here. The brief for this project was to provide a simple, timeless design that was in keeping with the house. The landscaping needed to incorporate the natural slope of the site from East to West and incorporate a driveway to access under house garaging and formal entry to the front door. Privacy and security from the road was important. The landscaping and house renovation were completed at the same time with a great cohesive approach with the client, builder and ourselves. “We have been using Simon & his team since 2003 to design, install & maintain gardens at both our own home & multiple residential rental properties. I have found Simon & the whole team at Humphreys to very professional, polite & willing to go beyond the call on duty when working on our sites. It's a pleasure having them on site as part of my team & the results speak for themselves, with the tenants & members of the public always commenting on their work. If you're looking for a professional job & enjoy working with great people I'd definitely recommend granting Humphreys the opportunity to work their magic on your property.”
