With a tight time frame of 6 months, this project was completed two days early - a fantastic achievement for Construction Advantage Ltd.

Hillcrest Medical Centre, sited on the corner of Cambridge Rd and Masters Ave was a large expansion and redevelopment project, that Construction Advantage Ltd managed and developed, working with the client from the early days, right through to the handover. Feasibility reports about the idea of constructing a building around the business and its needs, also addressing the requirements of an expanding practice began in May 2014.

In February 2016 approval was given to proceed with design and construction began in May, with a planned opening on 30th November 2016, which was a tight time frame. In six months the main building was built, fitted out and ready to roll. The project came in two days early, a fantastic achievement for Construction Advantage Ltd.
