Set on a ridgeline, Horizon takes full advantage of expansive water and city skyline views and features 41 luxury apartments and two basement levels.

With boardform finish precast and timber grain louvres, the building sits in harmony with the environment. The one, two, and three bedroom apartments, plus penthouses, have been grouped into three pods, with a separate lift core for each pod.

At GN Construction, we always work collaboratively with our clients to achieve outstanding results. During the development process for Horizon we assisted with a number of structural and facade solutions, along with finishes selections. By working closely with the team at Reside we were able to help them successfully achieve their commercial intentions within the project budget.
