ClarkeHopkinsClarke are working closely with Catholic Education Melbourne to deliver the first new Catholic secondary school facility in Victoria for 18 years, Iona College Geelong, located in the Armstrong Creek growth area.
Stage one will consist of a three-level Learning Building and associated landscaping and car parking. Future stages will provide specialist teaching spaces, an Administration Building, dedicated Primary Learning Spaces, a double court Games Hall, Food Tech and Drama spaces, a Learn to Swim facility, and an AFL size sports field, tennis courts, and a hockey field.
